Become a Peer Mentor

Cancer Hope Network requires all mentor applicants to be at least one year (12 months) removed from active treatment for their cancer (or a year into active surveillance if no treatment required). Exceptions are made for chronic or metastatic applicants, provided it has been at least 2 years since their diagnosis.

These requirements allow time for physical, mental, and emotional healing and processing prior to taking on the added weight and responsibility of mentorship.
