Your Next Step: After you submit, our team will carefully review your application to ensure the program is the right fit for your unique experience and journey. If invited to move forward,, you'll receive an email with a link to complete your mentor profile. From there, we'll reach out to schedule a personal interview (approximately 30–45 minutes), where we'll get to know you better and walk you through everything ahead.

Before You Apply

To ensure the best possible experience for the mentees you'll support, Peer Mentors must meet the following criteria:

- You are at least one year post active treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, or similar therapies) from your own cancer diagnosis.
- OR you are currently on maintenance therapy (such as hormone therapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy).
- You are in a stable place emotionally and physically to provide supportive, hope-filled conversations with others.

I confirm that I meet the eligibility requirements above. I am either one year post treatment or currently on maintenance therapy, and I feel ready to support others on their cancer journey.
